Once you come to our location, our jewelry experts will work with you to understand your needs and provide you with a range of samples to choose from. Once you have made your selection, we will take care of the rest and have your piece ready for pick-up or delivery in no time.
We currently offer shipping via FedEx or a similar trusted courier service. We endeavour to ensure that all our orders are dispatched as soon as possible so our customers can receive them promptly. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us through our website.
Typically, it takes 3 to 4 working weeks for a bespoke piece to be created. However, during busy periods it may take a little longer. We recommend contacting us through service@austenblake.ie as early as possible to ensure you have your desired piece in time for that special occasion.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and pristine for a refund/exchange. Please email us at service@austenblake.ie to initiate the return process. Include your name and order number ONLY. Refrain from writing anything about the item being jewelry or similar.
Your credit card will be credited within 8-10 days upon the receipt of the returned item(s), depending on the length of time taken to assess the returned item. You also have the option to schedule a pickup or drop-off upon scheduling through our store page.
In addition, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee on all of our jewelry. If your piece ever needs repair, we will fix it free of charge. We want you to be able to wear your jewelry with confidence for a lifetime and beyond.
